The MAXYOUTH program is a great opportunity for any young athlete to develop both physical and mental skills that they can use for the rest of their life. MAXYOUTH athletes will learn the names and techniques by performing the exercises that are the foundation for all of our Performance Training programs.

MAXPREP is designed for athletes who:
understand the importance of preparation to be their absolute best when it comes time to compete
are dedicated and thrive on reaching higher levels of performance
intend to compete at a higher level tomorrow than they are at today
The MAXPREP program employs a variety of performance training drills to improve all areas of athleticism. By exposing the athlete to constantly varied movements, we increase their level of skill and preparedness for game time situations.
