Sports Overview

Our programs are designed for athletes to experience what it's like to train in a team environment at a collegiate level.  Each individual will gain an understanding of the various components that go into a dedicated training program.  Each athlete, regardless of previous experience, will gain a new respect for what hard work is all about.  Our sessions are designed for athletic improvement with focus on the following areas:

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Full body strength to increase size, power, athletic ability, and decrease overuse injuries. 

High intense circuit training designed to increase muscular endurance and improve stamina.

SPEED, QUICKNESS & AGILITY

Develop more efficient movements to increase foot speed, acceleration and coordination.

POWER & EXPLOSIVENESS

Focus on olympic lifts: power clean, snatch and jerks.  When performed correctly, these exercises will significantly improve an athlete's explosiveness.
